How they work

Heavy-duty shelves that are simple to install.

Our floating shelves are fabricated as fully welded, seamless pieces. A welded aluminum wall frame screws to studs or solid blocking, and the shelf slides over it. Shelves 18 to 36 inches wide are rated to hold up to 60 pounds. Shelves 42 to 72 inches wide are rated to 120 pounds.

For larger projects we build complete shelving units: suspended bar shelving, retail display fixtures, and kitchen wall units. Our retail work includes display shelving for Bloomingdale's.

Standard shelves are 10 inches deep and 2 inches tall, in widths of 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, and 72 inches. Custom widths, depths, and edge heights are quoted.

Yes. Shelves 18 to 36 inches wide are rated to hold up to 60 pounds, and shelves 42 to 72 inches wide are rated to 120 pounds. Mount them to wall studs, or to a plywood backer when hanging on drywall.

Stainless steel with a #4 brushed finish, zinc with dark patina, brass or copper in brushed or dark patina, plus blackened steel, and steel powder coated in any custom color from Prismatic Powders.

A welded aluminum wall frame screws into wall studs or solid blocking, and the welded shelf slides over the frame. No hardware shows.

Yes. We can fabricate virtually any shelving unit design. Send us your drawing or specs and we quote it.
