The decorative shells are designed to fit virtually any third-party commercial ventilation liner or insert, including Best, Broan, Vent-A-Hood, Zephyr, Faber, and Sirius. You specify or supply the blower insert, and Custom Metal Home fabricates the outer shell to encapsulate it, giving you design flexibility without sacrificing ventilation performance.

Custom fabrication typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from approved drawings to shipment. Lead times can vary based on material selection, finish complexity, and current shop volume. Detailed computer drawings are provided before fabrication begins so any design adjustments are made upfront, avoiding delays during production.

On-site measuring is available for customers in the Chicago metro area. For customers outside the area, the team provides guidance on how to capture the correct measurements for your kitchen opening.
