The decorative shells are fabricated to fit virtually any third-party commercial ventilation liner or insert, including brands such as Best, Broan, Vent-A-Hood, Zephyr, Faber, and Sirius. The CFM rating, blower, and ducting are sized by your HVAC contractor or the insert manufacturer separately.

Custom fabrication typically takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the material, dimensions, finish complexity, and order volume. Detailed computer drawings are provided before fabrication begins so you can review and approve specifications, minimizing delays and revisions during production.

Available finishes include brushed, mirror, hammered, light patina, medium patina, dark patina, darkened, satin, and weathered. Finish availability varies by material — for example, copper can be smooth or hammered, while zinc offers a range of patina options from light to dark for a distinctive aged appearance.
